When you want to reach 8m application width and the homogeneity of the application is very important for you our applicator TRITALP ECO 800 is the best option. With a very adjusted price, you can reach up to 8m, with hydraulic folding and our patented INVERTED SHREDDER The slurry system guarantees an exact distribution with very, very few problems of clogging due to its passive cyclonic cleaning system. It also includes automatic cleaning of the cone every time you fold, making manual cleaning and maintenance cycles much longer.
The TRITALP Shredder is bottom fed into the cone of a hydrocyclone system which means that coarse particles virtually never reach the shredder, drastically reducing possible clogging.
The patented shredder TRITALP has been developed by our R&D team with two clear premises:
- Avoid blockages and blockages that European applicators have on slurry conditions in Spain.
- Ensuring accurate slurry distribution for each of the exits.
It then uses an eccentric disc shredding system (with our patented NON-STOP system) which is responsible for distributing and "shredding" the solid remains and fibres that the slurry may contain.
In the lower part we place a decanter where the speed and trajectory of the slurry flow favours the sedimentation of the coarser particles, a process that the upper hydrocyclone will complete, until it almost completely avoids blockages.
The TRITALP has an automatic discharge system which means that before leaving the field, the coarsest residues are left behind and practically no cleaning is required. Another advantage of the TRITALP slurry macerator is its exact distribution of the slurry dose even at low doses and in sloping conditions, which makes it suitable for those customers who want a dosage with a higher accuracy than the 95%.
In addition, in its different configurations we have a TRITALP applicator for each application and tank size, from light equipment up to 6 or 8 metres for single-axle and small volume tanks, through mixed equipment with the ALP PLUS slurry applicator and even the new TRITALP PLUS, which is installed on a three-point hitch installed on the tank (it can be supplied if it does not have one) and we can reach widths of up to 18 metres. All this without renouncing our main characteristics of reliability and homogeneous distribution.
There is also the possibility of installing a system that allows rear loading through the applicator for those vats that do not have a loading arm or side intake, or that in some farms must be loaded from the rear.
In short, the TRITALP applicator completes the range of ALP applicators already comprising the ALP ECO (direct coupling to the tank) and the ALP PLUS on a three-point coupling, which have distinguished themselves as the equipment that best combines simplicity with reliability when applying slurry without blockages or downtime.
